BALTIMORE — There is a virtual hearing on how Baltimore City is addressing vacant homes.
Councilwoman Odette Ramos has introduced a measure to create a new process for eliminating vacant or abandoned properties by rehabbing or demolishing them.
The virtual hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday.
