HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — *UPDATE: Charles William Bell has been located.
The Harford County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing man.
Charles William Bell was last seen on May 17 at about 4:30pm leaving Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore County.
Deputies say Bell has brown hair, blue eyes, is 5’10”, weighs 225 pounds, and has a scar on his left shin.
