Harford County Board of Education to purchase teacher, student desk plexiglass shields for all of the district

HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — The Harford County Board of Education has approved purchasing teacher and student desk plexiglass shields for all of the district as they prepare to bring students back into the classroom.

According to the Board, the shields will be used in their overall mitigation strategy to make sure everyone is safe as they transition to in-person learning.

Recently, Harford County Schools announced a hybrid learning plan which will get some students back into the classroom starting on March 1st.
