Halloween in August? Spirit Halloween already opening stores in Maryland

BEL AIR, Md. — It's the middle of August, but some people are ready for spooky season.

There are Spirit Halloween stores already open in Maryland. There are four locations open right now including one in Bel Air in Harford County. The Spirit store is at the Harford mall where there used to be a Charlotte Russe.

According to Spirit Halloween's website, at least 19 stores will open in Maryland before Halloween.
