Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger says the country needs closure when it comes to Robert Mueller's investigation and findings.

Special counsel Mueller did not find Donald Trump's campaign or associates conspired with Russia, Attorney General William Barr said Sunday. He also did not have enough evidence to prosecute obstruction of justice.

Ruppersberger says he respects Mueller and honors his findings, but also thinks lawmakers need to see the entire report.

"Trump right now is talking about closure, but there's not going to be any closure until we see the report," said Ruppersberger. "Then, hopefully we can do what we have to do and move on. We have a lot of things happening in this country. It's a dangerous world. We have economic issues that we're working on and we want to pull our country together, not separate it."

He also believes the country can move on from the issue of collusion and look into possible obstruction of justice in the future.
