Gertrude’s closing temporarily due to employee testing positive for COVID-19

BALTIMORE — Gertrude’s Restaurant is closing temporarily due to one of their employees testing positive for COVID-19.

Gertrude's said they will be contacting anyone who dined with them during the period that the employee was working. The staff member worked at the restaurant on Wednesday, July 8; Friday, July 10; and Sunday, July 12.

All of Gertrude’s staff will be immediately tested for COVID-19 and the premises will be sanitized by a certified COVID professional cleaning service. Staff will not be allowed to return to work without proof of a negative test.
