BALTIMORE — GBMC discharged their first patient who tested positive for coronavirus that was hooked up to mechanical ventilators in ICU.
President and CEO, Dr. John B. Chessare made the announcement in a video and said the hospital is currently treating nine patients who have the coronavirus.
He also stated there are currently 25-30 other patients who have respiratory symptoms and they are waiting for test results on those individuals to see if they have the virus.
