FREDERICK, Md. — The Frederick Police Department is asking for public assistance locating a missing juvenile, 15-year-old Gisela Davis.
Gisela was last seen in the area of Chamberlain Drive wearing a pink or gray T-shirt and blue jeans on Sunday. She is approximately 5 feet, 5 inches and 135 pounds.
