FAIRFAX COUNTY — The Fairfax County Police Department is asking the public's assistance in locating a missing endangered adult.
Michael Andrade was last seen on November 19 around 6 p.m. at the National Harbor. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, red hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants and carrying a black backpack.
He is considered endangered due to mental and/or physical health concerns.
