ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A person has died following a Thursday night rollover crash in Annapolis.
It happened just after 5:30pm in the 1100 block of Tyler Avenue.
Police say the driver hit a parked car causing their vehicle to overturn.
That left the passenger, 28-year-old Samuel Cantarero-Mendoza, trapped. He died on scene.
The driver, whose name is being withheld, was not injured. It's unclear what caused the collision.
