TOWSON, Md. — A missing man has been found dead.
Baltimore County Police had been looking for 55-year-old Michael Kramer since July 14.
He was last seen alive two days earlier.
Police were concerned Kramer may have been in emotional distress.
Divers recovered his body Thursday afternoon, it's unclear from where.
The official cause of death has not been confirmed.
