WALDORF, Md. — The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing 12-year-old boy.
Jelani Isreal Freeman was reported missing on May 23. He was last seen on May 22 at about 10 p.m. in the 8700 block of Bancroft Drive in Waldorf.
Police say Freeman is 5’2” and weighs about 125 pounds. Family members believe he is in the Washington, DC area.
Detectives are pursuing leads and ask that anyone with information regarding Freeman’s whereabouts call them at 301-609-6428.
The investigation is ongoing.
