WESTMINSTER, Md. — Police in Westminster are investigating a deadly shooting that took place Monday night.
It happened around 11:15pm in the 100 block of S. Center Street.
Investigators believe the 26-year-old victim, identified as Kevin Lamont King of Pikesville, may have been targeted.
