HOWARD COUNTY, Md. — Police are on the scene of a single vehicle crash at northbound I-95, north Rt. 100 in Howard County.
The crash killed one person and another person was taken to Shock Trauma.
Police have since reopened the affected lanes.
The cause of this crash is undetermined at this time.
