SYKESVILLE, Md. — The Carroll County Sheriff's Office is looking for additional witnesses in an incident that happened on October 26 in Sykesville.
The incident happened at a little after 2:35 p.m. in the parking lot of the Rite Aide that's located at 6300 Georgetown Boulevard.
