BALTIMORE COUNTY — Baltimore County Police Tactical Team and Hostage Negotiations Team was requested to the 2800 block of Munster road for a barricade situation.
Police initially were called to the area for a burglary. When they arrived, officers encountered a suspect who had broken into a residence.
According to police, the suspect refused to exit the location. Both the Tactical Team and the Hostage Negation Teams were then contacted.
The suspect was arrested without incident.
