BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police have arrested and charged the suspect that was involved in a July 2020 homicide.
On July 16, 2020, at a little after 9 p.m., Western District patrol officers were called to the 1600 block of Laurens Street for a report of a shooting.
Officers arrived to find 46-year-old Moses Rush unresponsive with an apparent gunshot wound to the body. Rush was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
On Tuesday, detectives arrested 35-year-old Tovarren Scott, of Baltimore.
Scott was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st degree murder.
