BALTIMORE — A victim is in critical condition after being stabbed Monday morning in West Baltimore.
Police say they have a suspect in custody.
One neighbor told WMAR-2 News that officers roped off the entire 1700 block of N. Bentalou Street, and told residents to stay inside while they investigate.
Circumstances on what led to the incident are unclear at this point.
