BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating after a body was found Friday morning floating in the water of the Inner Harbor.
The discovery was made around 7:12am in the 400 block of E. Pratt Street.
Rescue crews have recovered the body, but a cause of death has not yet been determined.
