BALTIMORE — A 14-year-old boy is one of two suspects arrested in connection to a deadly shooting over the summer in Southeast Baltimore.
Ky’Sean Hammond is being charged as an adult for murdering a man in the 800 block of Low Street, on July 17.
Along with Hammond, police also arrested and charged, 18 year-old Tyron Taylor.
Police haven't said what led to the incident, or how they tied the two suspects to the incident.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
