BALTIMORE — Baltimore City Fire Department is investigating a 2-alarm fire that happened in the 1300 block of North Luzerne Avenue Saturday morning.
According to BCFD, the fire was showing from several vacant two-story row homes on the first and second floors.
There were no reported injuries.
