BALTIMORE — Park School campus will be closed on Thursday after a member of the school community has exhibited symptoms that may suggest exposure to COVID-19.

All Middle and Upper School classes are cancelled.

The schools says a member of the school community has exhibited symptoms that may suggest exposure to COVID-19. The school is in touch with public health officials at the County and State levels, and they have decided to close school out of an abundance of caution.

At this time, no individual has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

Were they to learn of a confirmed diagnosis, they would work closely with the Baltimore County Department of Health to provide additional information to Park families.

To protect the privacy of the individual involved, the school is unable to provide additional information. They ask that you respect their privacy by not speculating about their possible identity on social media or otherwise.

Archbishop Spalding High School will also be closing school for the next three school days and they say information will be communicated via email to the Archbishop Spalding Community.
