Baltimore Police are looking for an 8-year-old Rilee Franklin who was last seen on July 3 in the area of 3000 Presbury Street on Wednesday.
Rilee Franklin was last seen wearing a pink shirt with white tassels, blue jeans and sandals.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
