BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are looking for missing person Towanda Young who was last seen in the area of 3500 Fairview Avenue on January 26.
She was last seen driving a Blue Ford Taurus with the Maryland tag 41245CH. She suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
