BALTIMORE — UPDATE: Arioune Cooper has been found.
Baltimore Police are looking for a missing 10-year-old last seen on the Fourth of July.
Arioune Cooper was last seen yesterday at approximately 1 p.m., in the 1900 block of Ramsey Street.
