BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are looking for a 21-year-old carjacking suspect.
Alrice Sinclair is wanted for a carjacking that took place on June 20 in the 3600 block of Liberty Heights Avenue.
At that time, Sinclair robbed the victim of his vehicle, money, and cell phone.
Robbery detectives investigated this incident and issued an arrest warrant for Sinclair. He has been eluding police ever since.
