Baltimore Police investigating fatal crash in South Baltimore, one man dead

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened in South Baltimore around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Officials say a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling westbound in the area of 2300 Hawkins Point Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The Jeep then rolled over and struck a parked vehicle.

There were six people in the Jeep at the time of the accident, including a 21-year-old man who died at the scene. The rest of the occupants were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
