GLEN BURNIE — A Baltimore man was arrested after he refused to wear a mask inside a Glen Burnie Subway.

On January 15, 2021 at about 12:43 p.m., Eastern District officers responded to the Subway restaurant located at 337 Hospital Drive in Glen Burnie for an Emergency Order violation.

When officers arrived, an employee stated the customer refused to wear a mask in the store and became disorderly.

The customer refused to put on his mask when asked by officers and acted as if he was going to throw a drink on the cashier.

The man was arrested and charged.
