BALTIMORE — This Friday and Saturday, Baltimore City residents can drop-off household hazardous waste.
Drop-offs can be done anytime from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Northwest Citizens Convenience Center at 2840 Sisson Street.
Examples of household waste include cleaning products, bleach, ammonia, propane tanks, batteries, solvents, and oil-based paint.
DPW doesn't consider latex paint hazardous and says it can be dried out and disposed of in regular trash, or donated.
Gasoline, kerosene, and ammunition will not be accepted.
