OWINGS MILLS, Md. — A Baltimore County teen is in custody for allegedly killing his infant daughter in 2019.

Just before 1 a.m. on September 2, police were called to the 100 block of Enchanted Hills Road for someone in cardiac arrest.

Officers found the 1-month-old victim suffering from multiple injuries to her upper body. She later died at Sinai Hospital.

The Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide as result of on-going child abuse.

A year's long investigation ultimately led detectives to 16-year-old Sean Darian Jackson as the suspect.

He's currently being held without bail pending a review.
