TOWSON, Md. — Local leaders were on hand Wednesday morning for the official ground breaking of Northeastern Elementary School.
Constructed along Ridge Road in Baltimore County's Rossville community, the $53.1million -- 108,000 square foot building is expected to seat about 735 students.
The new school is scheduled to open for students during the 2022-2023 academic year.
