BALTIMORE — The snow turned to rain in Baltimore City by mid-afternoon, melting a lot of the snow from earlier in the day and making rush hour a bit easier of a drive.
For a few hours, the city saw huge flakes fall. Lots of people came out to enjoy the first snow of the season.
Some saying it was just what they needed, a little spirit lifter, as we are seeing increased restrictions to get cases under control.
