BALTIMORE — Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) announced Friday, free textbooks for all students enrolled for summer 2020 classes.

Since March, BCCC moved all classes online to ensure uninterrupted instruction for students and looks to the free textbook initiative as another way to offer students greater access to college completion.

"We want our students to remain enrolled in college and to know BCCC is fully engaged in their success," said President Debra L. McCurdy. "The COVID-19 crisis has exacerbated the already existing financial challenges faced by many of our students. Offering free textbooks during this difficult time allows our students to have one less thing to worry about so they can focus on their
courses."

BCCC offers two summer sessions starting June 2 and July 6.

The College's bookstore is processing all textbook orders fully online at https://bcccbookstore.bccc.edu/.

All book orders will be shipped directly to students at no cost. Questions about book orders should be directed to bookstore@bccc.edu.
