Anne Arundel Police offering a $10K reward for information in 2019 Glen Burnie murder

GLEN BURNIE, Md. — The Anne Arundel County Police Department is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) involved in the murder of 39-year-old Andre Lee Garrett.

On Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at around 3:09 p.m., officers responded to the area of the 300 block of Hospital Drive in Glen Burnie for a shooting. Upon the officers arrival, Garrett was found receiving medical treatment behind a local business.

He was transported to Baltimore Washington Medical Center, but succumbed to his injuries.

Through evidence and witness accounts the case is being investigated as a homicide.
