ANNE ARUNDEL, Md. — A 33-year-old Anne Arundel man was arrested on Tuesday following a neighborhood check due to recent thefts from vehicles in Brooklyn Park.

According to Anne Arundel Police, they observed Joshua Rorey Venable near a parked vehicle and after speaking to him, found that he had an open arrest warrant for failing to appear in court for a theft charge.
