ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. — Anne Arundel County received more than a couple of inches of rain on Monday.
The Bay Bridge had wind restrictions for most of the day, no empty tractor trailers were allowed on the bridge.
Local and state police responded to dozens of accidents around the region, many drivers not taking precautions because of the weather.
With the area being surrounded by water, one never knows when water may be on the roads.
"It depends on where you go. I mean, sometimes you're in a good area and then you go two miles away and its flooding."
Police want to remind us to keep your speed relevant to the weather and always have your lights on in the rain, even during the daytime.
