ANNAPOLIS, Md. — An Annapolis man is being held on $100,000 bond after allegedly robbing a bank last Wednesday.

Police say 38-year-old Pedro Nguyen entered the bank in the 900 block of Bay Ridge Road, and handed the teller a note announcing a robbery.

The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money before Nguyen fled.

He was arrested and charged the following day. A court status hearing on the case has been scheduled for August 5.

Police have since arrested a second suspect, identified as 34-year-old Jamaar Cornish, of Cambridge.

It's unclear exactly what Cornish's involvement was in the robbery.
