BALTIMORE — A 68-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed Saturday night by a car making a U-turn on Pulaski Highway.
It happened just before 9pm at the intersection of Campbell Boulevard.
Baltimore County Police identified the victim as Stanley Vingsen Jr.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
