BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police say a 4-year-old boy was struck by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon in the unit block of Culver Street.
According to police, the vehicle remained at the scene. The child sustained head and neck injuries and was taken to Johns Hopkins.
Officials say the child is still stable condition and is conscious and alert at the hospital.
