DUNDALK, Md. — Two suspects are in custody in connection to a shooting that left one man dead Friday afternoon.

Police arrested 25-year-old Cornelius Manning and 22-year-old Emanuel Parker, who are currently being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center pending trial.

Just before 5 p.m., Baltimore County officers responded to the 2000 block of Kelmore Road in Dundalk for a reported shooting.

Officers arrived at scene to discover that witnesses had already began to transport Rollins to a local hospital for treatment. Officers tracked down the car and spoke with the passengers outside the hospital, where Rollins was later pronounced dead.

A preliminary investigation has revealed that a dispute took place between Mr. Rollins and two known suspects prior to the shooting.

Due to a quick police response and timely witness information, responding officers were able to locate the two suspects on foot in the area.
