Weight loss brands ditching 'diet' term

Most Americans don't like the word "diet," at least that's what the latest research shows.

A new study from the market research firm Mintel shows sales of diet pills and meals are down by as much as 20 percent this year.

Reporter Anne McNamara found major weight loss brands are taking heed.
