It’s hard to believe cold and flu season is already upon us, and according to a new survey from staffing firm OfficeTeam, professionals are coming to the job “in sickness and in health."

Eighty-five percent of workers admit to going into the office while sick.

Joe Gonzales from OfficeTeam joined ABC2's In Focus to discuss why people go to work when they're sick and why it's important for office to crack down.
