Completing a marathon is more than most people will ever do.
Even fewer will push themselves to finish the Ironman triathlon, but a dedicated handful are taking on the challenge after open heart surgery.
Rick Armiger is founder of the Ironheart Foundation and a key player in creating the movie "Flatline to Finish Line." He joined ABC2's In Focus to discuss the project.
The film tells the story of three people have serious heart conditions, but compete in Ironman competitions. Armiger created the documentary to raise awareness after his son died from a heart condition.
