Our bodies want us to stay awake when the sun is shining. Messing that up could disrupt our circadian rhythm.

A new reportshows the risks associated with changing our body's clock. 

Researchers with the University of Glasgow found participants who interrupted their body clock showed less satisfaction with their overall health. 

The most common bad habits they found were using phones late at night abd waking up early to make coffee or tea.
