4th graders share ideas for Baltimore's mayor

A group of fourth graders got the chance to respond to the essay topic, "If I were Mayor, I would..."

Eleven winners were chosen from all over the state. They received their aware from Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford.

The future mayors had some good ideas...

"I want a community garden because it would make a lot healthier community and it would be a chance to get outside," Madison House from Grantsville Elementary in Alleghany County said.
