BALTIMORE — Vice President Mike Pence will deliver his 2020 Republican National Convention speech, next Wednesday from Fort McHenry in Baltimore.

The speech will come on the third day of the convention, which will be themed, "Land of Opportunity."

In early June after a spat with Governor Roy Cooper, President Donald Trump said he would move most of the convention from it's originally scheduled location in North Carolina.

Instead Trump chose Jacksonville, Florida, and planned to hold a four-day celebration that was expected to draw over 10,000 people.

But with COVID-19 still persisting and making it difficult to have a live audience, the President says he will most likely deliver his speech next Thursday from the White House.
