Two men accused of making videos as their other brother allegedly engaged police in a fatal gun battle were denied bond during a court review hearing Wednesday.
The exchange of gunfire Sunday outside a police station in the Washington suburbs turned fatal for Prince George's County Police Officer Jacai Colson, who was struck by friendly fire.
Police have said Michael Ford fired on the station to draw officers' attention and hoped to die in a "suicide by cop."
Police say Malik Ford and Elijah Ford drove their brother to the station and recorded his "last will and testament," as well as the firefight.
