$90K worth of cocaine found in Hagerstown home, three arrested

HAGERSTOWN, Md. — Officials in Frederick and Washington Counties seized over $90,000 worth of cocaine and crack cocaine inside of a Hagerstown home.

Two drug busts were done on Wednesday after a three month investigation discovered a drug trafficking organization in the area.

The first search was in the 500 block of Lynnehaven Drive in Hagerstown. During the seizure officials found 702 grams of cocaine, 107 grams of crack cocaine, $920 in cash, and a digital scale. Officials say the estimated street value of the cocaine and crack cocaine is $90,000.

47-year-old Eric Arnette Smith and 43-year-old Kevia Cherisse Spivey were both arrested following the bust and were charged with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute a large amount of cocaine.

The second search was done in the 200 block of Thames Drive in Frederick. There officials found crack cocaine, marijuana, two handguns, and three rifles.

51-year-old Allan Lionell Frazier was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of cocaine, illegal possession of ammunition, possession of firearm in relation to drug trafficking crime, and other related charges.
