Police have arrested a Pennsylvania man after they say he threatened to blow up an office building in Hagerstown.

On Monday, Roger Craig, the owner of Craig Paving, called police around noon to report that his business had been threatened. Deputies conducted witness interviews and were able to determine the threat was made by Blake William Durboraw.

Deputies say they found blasting caps capable of carrying out the threat. Durboraw said he had 'nothing to lose' and was angry because his mother was selling her property to the business.

Due to the age of the blasting caps that were found in Durboraw's garage, an emergency disposal was performed by Bomb Squad members.

Durboraw has been charged with threat to explode a structure and possessing explosives without a license.
