Someone broke into Ripken Stadium on March 2 and stole more than $5,000 worth of merchandise.
A detached stadium garage and several temporary storage containers were broken into during the overnight hours.
Team officials conducted an inventory of items stolen and found they were missing baseball clothing and equipment, many of which are unique and would not be found for sale anywhere other than Ripken Stadium.
